Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping is a third party service and will not be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Digital products are not refundable.
Sales
If you purchase items on sale and wish to return or cancel the order, you will be refunded the sale price that you paid and the shipping cost. If you purchase products during a buy 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 free sale and choose to return or cancel an item, the cost of your purchase will be refigured and you will be charged for the item you initally received for free. If you would like a full refund, you must return all items, unopen, unused, and in it's original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to A Homespun Hobby.
Return Policy for Buy 1 Get 1 Free Puzzle Sale
Thank you for participating in our Buy 1 Get 1 Free puzzle sale! When you purchase a 1000-piece puzzle, you will receive a 300-piece puzzle for free. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping on both puzzles, with shipping fees of $15.30 for the 1000-piece puzzle and $9.05 for the 300-piece puzzle.
If you wish to return the 1000-piece puzzle, you must also return the 300-piece puzzle. If the 300-piece puzzle is not returned, you will be charged the full price of $19.00 for the 300-piece puzzle. To initiate a return, you must provide a valid reason and photographs of both puzzles. Returns will only be approved after this information is submitted and reviewed. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for the return.
In the event that the puzzles arrive damaged, please send photos of the damaged items to info@ahomespunhobby.com. These photos should include the packaging the puzzles were shipped in, as well as the puzzle boxes and puzzle pieces, to confirm the damage. Damaged puzzles must be shipped back to ahomespunhobby.com using the shipping labels provided by us. Replacement puzzles will be sent to you once the damaged puzzles have been received and inspected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ahomespunhobby.com and we will assist you with getting a new product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
