Gift Card Parameters and Limits

1. General Gift Card Terms. 

Gift cards are not reloadable;

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash;

There are never any activation fees or added service fees, or fees that reduce the value of the card over time;

Gift cards will not be used to compensate consumers for unshipped merchandise instead of providing refunds;

Gift cards do not expire with the exception of a gift earned with a promotion. For example, Buy $100 in gift cards, and get a $10 gift card. Promotional card will be valid for a specific period of time which will be noted on the card.

Included on the face of the Gift Card the applicable funds/card expiration date or a statement that the funds never expire, and have an expiration date that complies with applicable laws.

Gift cards will be single-use and closed-loop meaning, the gift card can only be used at and no where else.

Gift cards will not issue a Gift Card in a denomination greater than $100 USD.

Each Gift Card must be branded with your logo and will have shop owners name  on the front of the Gift Card.
